I’ve spent the past two decades moving between tech and government—from building products at Amazon and Redfin to leading mission-critical digital efforts at the Department of Defense. Along the way, I helped scale Kareo into one of the nation’s leading healthcare platforms, served on the frontlines of Operation Allies Refuge, and became the first Customer Experience Officer in DoD history.

Now, I’m taking time to write and reflect.
